JoyMartina Joy Peter started learning the violin at an early age watching and listening to her elder brother, Jasiel Peter, who was a violin student at BSM. At age 13, Joy passed grade 8 violin (ABRSM) with a high distinction and was awarded the ‘Thumboochetty Special Trophy’.Currently in 10th standard, Joy performs with the Chamber Orchestra at the Bangalore School of Music as a violist. She is also learning the piano at BSM under Rebecca Colaco. Joy has opted for a career in music and aims to become a Music Therapist.

• Subramaniam Academy of Performing Arts (SaPa) scholarship to learn Indian Classical Music under Ambi Subramaniam, 2014.

RebeccaRebecca Thomas (Piano) – “Becky”, as the world knows her, teaches piano and is a brilliant accompanist, in addition to running a highly successful ‘Early Music’ program for little children, and providing Music Therapy to special needs persons at the Bangalore School of Music.
Nandini Sudhir 17 years is one of India’s most talented guitarists. A student of the prestigious Bangalore School of Music,Nandini has been taking guitar lessons under the tutelage of Dinesh Khundrakpam ever since she was nine years old. Nandini has been an active member of all the classical guitar activities of the School including the Indo-Swiss Guitar Orchestra.

nandiniNandini has been a winner at the national competition held in Kolkata in 2012 and adjudged the “most promising guitarist”. She was also a winner at the Thailand Guitar festival, the Nordhorn Guitar Festivalain Germany twice in succession. Her recent achievement has been the first prize at the Twents Guitar festival held in Holland. Nandini has participated in several seminars and masterclasses which include Pavel Steidl (Czech Republic), Denis Azabagic (Bosnia), Zoran Dukic(Croatia),Adam del Monte(Spain),Bobby Rootveld (Netherlands), Goran Ivanovic (Croatia),Simon Cheong (Malaysia), Benjamin Biers (USA), Samuel Klemke (Germany), Stefan Grasse (Germany), Alberto Messirca(Italy),Susanna Prieto (Spain), Carle Costa (Argentina), Lorenzo Micheli (Italy), to name a few. She is mentored by Bobby Rootveld & Sanna (Holland)
