Kenneth Isaac
Kenny joined The BSM over 26 years ago as a student, going on to become a Faculty Member of the Guitar Department and then, to his present position as Head of Department. Over the years, he has mentored aspiring Guitarists, many of whom now play the guitar professionally and some even having opened their own Music Schools..He is one of the rare guitar teachers to have taught guitar for 7 years in the midst of a guitar luthier workshop, and has even taught a number of differently-abled youngsters, helping them benefit from the music therapy.
Kenny is also a skilled performer, both solo and as part of ensembles including The BSM Chamber Orchestra, where the music has called for it.
Kenny has attended over 70 Masterclasses and Workshops organized by reputed visiting artistes and even took a course in Music Composition. In 2003, Kenny went to the Royal College of Music, Stockholm, where he studied Music Pedagogy, Group Teaching Methods and Musical Interpretation.
